About R. G. Rumsey
Ryane is a 30 year veteran of the Pennsylvania Fire Service in both the volunteer and career sectors.
Having received a degree in Fire Protection Technology from Corning Community College, and acquiring professional level certifications from both NPQS (Pro-Board) and IFSAC, Rumsey ventured into Fire & EMS education in 1992 and has been instructing emergency responders via state and national level training programs throughout Pennsylvania.
Rumsey's interdisciplinary backgound and positions in the Emergency Services arena include: Fire Service Instructor, Homeland Security Exercise Program Evaluator (HSEEP), LEPC, Hospital HAZMAT Coordinator, Municipal Codes Enforcement, PA State Constable, Emergency Medical Technician, County Deputy Fire Coordinator, Certified Firefighter III, Incident Safety Officer, and Fire Officer I.
